Northwest Florida Chapter      Registration and Cancellation Policy The American Red Cross reserves the right to cancel any course at any time as a result of insufficient enrollment or other administrative reasons. For a course cancelled by the Red Cross, students will be rescheduled to another class or receive a refund, if requested. Students must attend the class they have registered for or reschedule at least 2 business days in advance. No refunds will be given and students may only reschedule one time. Businesses that contract with the American Red Cross for classes will be held to the same standards. Businesses will be charged for the number of participants that were originally scheduled when the class was booked. Businesses may make changes to the number of participants without penalty if done at least 2 business days prior to the start of class. Classes may be rescheduled if done at least 2 business days prior to the beginning of the class. No rescheduling or refunds of any kind will be issued for no-shows.
